starting retroactively about a week ago and goung through next I guess I'm taking a break from painting XD. After ~10 weeks of painting I got burnt out and I gotta get some game time in before the semester starts.
It's been a great summer of paint. I improved so much compared to the beginning of summer it's really incredible! Thanks to those who commented and created cool work along side me :)
Keep up the art work errybody and I hope to be back at it soon :)

Summer I've promised myself to make 5 digital painting every week.
In the middle of my fifth week, I'm making the move to deviantart for a better critique community (anything is better than facebook eh).
First step has been to upload the best half of my paintings so far.
I look forward to showing everyone my progress and helping others through critique as well.

When painting fur/hair related, its good that u block in the base shapes and colors first with a standard brush. I use a hard brush myself with opacity and pen pressure off at first, but with transfer on. Then after you got the feel nailed down, proceed to smooth and use a fur/hair brush for definition.
